User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OpenTrade platform, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Platform Description

OpenTrade is a B2B global trade platform that facilitates connections between exporters and buyers. We provide tools for product listing, communication, and trade management. OpenTrade is not a party to the actual trade transactions between users.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for their own conduct and any data, text, information, usernames, graphics, photos, profiles, and links that they submit, post, and display on the platform. You must not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Fees and Payments

Certain features of the platform may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the platform in connection with such features. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OpenTrade Technologies Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OpenTrade Technologies Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OpenTrade Technologies Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
